here's a cute scene of Sano+Mizuki extracted from the Hanazakari no Kimitachi e sp:
it's the scene when Mizuki falls asleep on Sano's bed and he had to sleep on the floor, he turns into Nakatsu in this scene!
Very cute! It also includes the part when Sano's mind sings 'love me tender' to himself! 
I also love the part when Mizuki falls off his bed and into his arms, very cute scene! 
The only downside is that there's no english subs, so I can't understand what they're saying!
